Yam300 g
Deboned smoked fish60 g
Onion½
Tomato1
Red palm oil1 tbsp
Method

Prepare the yam
Peel and dice.

Sauté
Onion and tomato in oil for 3 minutes.

Simmer
Add yam, fish and 500 ml water. Cook 20 minutes.

Chunky or smooth depending on age.
