Ingredients
Precooked fonio60 g
Ripe mango½ fruit
Breast or infant milk120 ml
Shea butter (optional)1 tsp
Cinnamon (optional)1 pinch
Method

Rinse the fonio
In clear water twice, then drain.

Cook the fonio
In 200 ml of milk, on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring.

Prepare the mango
Peel and mash with a fork.

Combine
Gently fold the mango into the cooked fonio.

Serve warm
Let it cool before serving to baby.
