Digitall Elevate, a joint-stock company registered in Benin (D-U-N-S 850448331), registered office: Ilot 1756, Quartier Fidjrosse-Centre, Cotonou, Littoral, Benin, is the data controller for personal data processed through the Enutri app. Contact: contact@digitall-elevate.com.
2. Data collected
We collect: your email address when you create an account, your child's age to personalise recommendations, and anonymised usage data (pages visited, recipes viewed) via Vercel Analytics.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: manage your account, personalise recipes and meal plans, send newsletters you have consented to, and improve our services.
4. Data retention
Your data is kept for the lifetime of your account, then for 3 years after its deletion. Anonymised analytics data is retained for 12 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data. To exercise these rights: contact@digitall-elevate.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. We share minimal data with: Resend (transactional emails) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or accidental destruction.
