These terms govern access to and use of the Enutri mobile app and website, published by Digitall Elevate, a joint-stock company registered in Benin (D-U-N-S 850448331), with registered office at Ilot 1756, Quartier Fidjrosse-Centre, Cotonou, Littoral, Benin. By accessing Enutri, you agree to these terms in full.
2. User account
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Enutri reserves the right to suspend any account in case of abusive or fraudulent use.
3. Access to the service
The Enutri app and website are currently free to access, with no subscription or purchase required. All features, recipes, and content are freely available to every user.
4. Content and medical use
Recipes, articles, and advice are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalised medical or dietary advice. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for specific nutritional guidance.
5. Intellectual property
All content (text, images, recipes, brands, logos) is the exclusive property of Digitall Elevate or its partners. Any reproduction, copy, or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Enutri strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of its content. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Beninese law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be referred to the competent courts of Cotonou.
