How do I create an Enutri account?+
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account in seconds with your email. No card required.
Is the app free?+
Yes. Enutri is entirely free: recipes, age guides, meal plans and every feature are available with no subscription or purchase.
How do I book a consultation with a nutritionist?+
From the nutritionists directory, pick a practitioner, choose a time slot and confirm. You can then chat in messaging and join the video call from the app.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Visit the "Delete my account" page. If you're signed in, deletion is immediate after password confirmation. Otherwise, we process the request within 30 days.
Is my data shared with third parties?+
No. Your personal data is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes. The only third parties we use are our hosting providers and our video-call vendor (Daily.co), strictly necessary to run the service. See our Privacy Policy.
Does the app work offline?+
Recipes you recently viewed and your favorites stay available offline. Sync resumes as soon as you regain connection.
I can't sign in, what should I do?+
First check your email/password and use the "Forgot password" link. If the issue persists, email contact@digitall-elevate.com with a screenshot.
